Cancellation policy

If you book in advance for a diving or snorkeling trip with our speedboats, you should be aware of the weather forecast. In case of heavy weather conditions, strong wind and big waves  some programs can be cancelled. We are able to have a precise weather forecast 48 hours prior to the trip. In such a case we accept cancellations up to 24 hours before the booked trip.  If you cancel the booking less than 24 hours before, you will not get a refund. For cancellations earlier than 24 hours, you get a full refund.  ​
